Combine cucumber, carrot and beet and pulse in a processor

of fruits, especially cherries and berries. Choose fruits that
have blue tones like blueberries, blackberries and grapes, as

alkaline compounds that help fight gouty attacks. Start using
these fruits by first mixing a cup of water and around 2
tablespoons of honey to your desired taste. Gather a handful of
cherries and let them simmer in the mixture, chill for just a

Alternatively, you can try mixing sour cream and olive oil
